ORGANIZATION: Canyon Home Care & Hospice

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 90 people are interested

Our crafts team members help to make crafts that are used as gifts for our patients on special occasions like birthdays and holidays. You can also serve on a delivery team that will deliver these gifts and spend a few minutes with a patient during your short visit.

Our volunteer opportunities are a great way to serve others, bring joy to the lives of people whose lives are limited, or gain valuable experience if you are considering a career in serving others.

Hospice care is a team-oriented approach to expert medical care and pain management of the patient, and emotional and spiritual support for the patient's family and friends. The patient's wishes are always considered and respected. Hospice philosophy is based on the belief that patients have the right to die with dignity and without pain, while enjoying the highest quality of life possible.
