Are you gifted in sewing and crafting? Are you looking for a unique opportunity to use your gift to bring joy and happiness to a family that has lost a loved one? Seek no further.

We are looking for volunteers to preserve the garment (shirt, pillowcase, favorite pair of jeans, dress, etc) of patients that have transitioned. Sewn from a place of love and compassion, the Memory Bear you create will hold special significance to patients families and help bring them comfort during difficult times.

If you feel called to make a significant difference in this capacity, please give our Volunteer Manager, Yvette Williams a call at 858.351.3866 or email her at yvette.williams@silverado.com.

We can't wait to have you as part of our loving team.
