Street Outreach Leads are responsible for overseeing a team of street outreach volunteers in a specific area two evenings each week. Must be reliable, able to listen, make decisions and communicate well. Street Outreach Leads must be on-time with the necessary supplies and must be patient with good relationship skills. Street outreach start times vary between 4:00pm in the winter to 6:00pm in the heat of the summer. Outreach in an area is usually 1 hour to 1/2 hours.

Must be able to meet young people where they are without judgement and work to build relationships.
