Overview: We are seeing a Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising efforts. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our fundraising initiatives, designing strategies to garner diverse financial contributions, and fostering strong connections within our donor community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the development and execution of the HSFA Fundraising Plan, ensuring alignment with the organizational goals.
  • Establish an adaptable structure for fundraising and foster essential partnerships to enhance our reach and impact.
  • Proactively identify and secure funding from both internal and external sources.
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic directory of fundraising channels and potential donors.
  • Prepare a modular fundraising toolkit, adaptable to various donor audiences and opportunities
  • Mentor and collaborate with grant writers and support teams, sharing best practices and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in nonprofit fundraising.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and oversee diverse fundraising campaigns
