Coaches work alongside small groups of entrepreneurs in our Business Development Training classes. Coaches help the groups become more familiar with the business concepts they learn in class, and guide them in applying those concepts to their specific businesses and situations. Coaching is a prerequisite for service as a Business Mentor.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Attend Business Development Trainings every week for an 8 week training cycle.
  • Help assigned small group learn the concepts taught in the classes, and apply those concepts to their businesses.
  • Keep trainers informed of group's progress.

Time Commitment: Approximately 3 hours a week for an 8-week Business Development Training cycle. The classes meet at the Washington CASH office in Seattle on Tuesday evenings, and a seperate class meets at Pike Place Market on Monday evenings.

Benefits: Join a community of courageous and empowered individuals working toward economic self-sufficiency through small business ownership and contribute to a vibrant local economy and thriving neighborhoods.
