ORGANIZATION: JVS, Jewish Vocational Service

Assist refugees and immigrants with English language skills and/or literacy. Work one-on-one, or in small groups, to help these individuals as they try to master English in order to maintain employment as well as achieve higher employment opportunities. You may assist in a classroom or on an individual basis.

If interested, you may also teach computer skills to refugees and immigrants. Students are beginner to intermediate level. Teach basic computer skills: Internet search and Microsoft Word.
