Our 501c (3) approved nonprofit organization is seeking looking for a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team as a Pro Bono Legal Counsel Volunteer. As our legal counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, and representation to our organization and ensuring that we comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

This position is available to residents of the United States only, at this time.

Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance to our organization on all legal matters, including but not limited to nonprofit corporate law, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property.

  • Review and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure that our organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax and corporate filings.
  • Represent our organization in legal proceedings, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that our organization operates in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
