We are looking for Adult Volunteers to h elp K-12 students in the Oxnard community become successful learners by assisting them with their homework assignments. We are looking for someone with patience, kindness, respectfulness, approachability, a positive attitude, responsible and who enjoys working with children of all ages. A minimum of one 2 hour shift within our open hours for the Homework Center (3pm-7pm M-Th) is required. Bilingual skills are highly desirable! We have filled all our Teen volunteer positions for the summer, we will be accepting Teen applications again in September.
