Join Vivalon's Volunteer Team
Vivalon is seeking volunteers to pack meals for the Meals on Wheels drivers. This critical role enables us to serve over 12,000 meals per month to homebound older adults and individuals of any age with chronic health challenges.
Volunteer Role Details:
- Days : Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays
- Time : Approximately 6:00 am - 8:30 am
By joining our team, you'll be part of a group of over 50 volunteers who deliver over 9,000 meals and 900 pounds of dog and cat food to our neighbors each month. Your contribution can help us reach more people and pets in need.

Description
Vivalon's Active Aging Campus at 999 Third Street in San Rafael provides delicious meals, educational classes, multicultural gatherings, and information and referral services. Vivalon also offers special needs transportation, such as trips to medical appointments and grocery stores, as well as delivering meals for homebound clients. Vivalon is looking for dedicated, caring, and fun-loving volunteers!
We offer volunteer opportunities driving for the Meals on Wheels program and our CarePool program (where volunteers use their own cars to bring individuals to Drs. appointments or grocery shopping). We also have opportunities for outgoing volunteers to help in the Vivalon Cafe.
