Samaritan House Worker Resource Center is currently seeking volunteers to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) Monday-Friday 9-11am. The class is predominantly Spanish speaking, so Spanish language skills are useful (but not required).

The ideal volunteer is someone who is available 1-2 days a week (more is welcome), feels comfortable in a predominately male environment, and who is also upbeat and pleasant.

You do not need to be a professional ESL teacher, just a person who enjoys what they do.
