The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo accepts new adult volunteers (age 18 )to assist with a variety of education-focused opportunities including helping with special events, staffing animal encounter areas , leading education programs on and off grounds, and demonstrating animal s at the zoo.

SKILLS

Must enjoy working with people. All training provide d. New volunteers are trained in March, June, and September. Time commitment varies by position and can range between 3 to 72 hours per year. If interested, visit http://www.kidszoo.org/support/volunteering.htm for an application.
