• Fundraising know how: Knowledge of the challenges in fund raising for the unpopular topic of family violence; understanding of needs of the Community Welcome House, not afraid of stating details of abuse; skills to engage groups to offer insight to someone living in violence.
• Organization: Ability to assign duties for a fund raising event and allow individuals to bring ideas to the table..
• Think out side the box: Innovative ways to raise money, bring plan the committee.
