NPAWS is looking for an experience and proven Volunteer Recruiting/ Sourcing Specialistto join the human resources team. You thrive in a highly collaborative, small team environment and can balance recruiting priorities alongside branding initiatives. You enjoy bringing all the pieces together to provide an excellent candidate experience and love learning about efficiency in the process.
Key responsibilities
- Create Job Descriptions and specifications
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Work independently to schedule (and reschedule) interviews & meetings
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and build relationships
- Any other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirement
- Experience in Recruitment specially in non-profit a plus
- Reliable and timely communication skills
- Proficiency & knowledge of recruiting tools, resources & processes.
- Desire to grow along with our organization.

Our Pet Positive Movement draws veterinarians, businesses, and other Pet Positive people and organizations together to end this normalized pet cruelty in the United States.
