Over 50 families per day supplement their grocery budgets with bakery and food donations provided by Neighbors. Individuals, families, groups and workplaces with flexible schedules are needed to help pick up and transport community donations to Neighbors. Your generosity will help Neighbors serve families in need.
Benefits.
- Training and ongoing support provided.
- Make a positive impact in your community with a team of dedicated volunteers and staff.
- Ongoing volunteers are invited to the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
Availability.
Volunteer for a minimum of one hour per week during a scheduled or on call shift. Most scheduled pick-up shifts occur in the morning.

Description
Since 1972, Neighbors, Inc. has ensured that all people in the northern Dakota County live hopeful, independent and self-sufficient lives. Volunteers serve their neighbors in need through programs such as a food shelf, Clothes Closet thrift store, holiday assistance, and much more. At Neighbors, all donations and volunteer service directly supports the local community.
