Are you a someone with a passion for supporting others through difficult times? Do you have an interest in supporting patients and families through their end-of-life journey? If you this sounds like you, then being a hospice volunteer could be one of the most transformational things you can do in your life! And hospice patients need you! For a few hours a week you can make a world of difference to a hospice patient and their family.
At Traditions Health, we provide the best end of life care a hospice program has to offer and our volunteers play a central role in that! We need volunteers to provide companionship, help call or Facetime family members, record a patient's life story, build a craft, provide respite to a caregiver and just be present with them.
