Guest Services Hospital Volunteer - Helping Patients and Visitors Feel Welcome

Description
Adult volunteers are needed in the main lobby areas of the hospital. This group of volunteers provides the first line of customer service to visitors and patients entering the hospital. They serve as greeters, information resources, and help people find their way. Guest Services volunteers at Enloe Medical Center are an essential resource for patients, visitors, staff, and for our community.
Volunteers attend general orientation and then have several days of training and a attend some site specific training. A Guest Services volunteer usually works one 4-hour shift per week.
This is a great volunteer opportunity that helps so many people in simple yet meaningful ways. You will find it rewarding and enjoyable.
