ORGANIZATION: Special Spaces

Special Spaces is a national, not-for-profit organization that creates dream bedrooms for children with cancer. Special Spaces transforms the child's existing bedroom into a space that reflects his or her spirit. Whether it’s princess pretty, superhero strong or a teen retreat theme, a team of dedicated volunteers come together to make the child's vision a reality. If you are an interior designer (or have a degree in a related field), are a team leader and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of children, WE NEED YOU! We are looking for volunteer interior designers who will be leading teams of volunteers to create unique dream bedroom makeovers. You will be trained by a team that has created 200 makeovers in the past 8 years. Check out our Facebook page at specialspaceschicagoland for pictures and videos of our recent makeovers.

Contact us today to find out how you can be a part of this important volunteer team. Together, we truly can... Change Children’s Lives One Bedroom at a Time!
