Heartlinks provides to all who grieve - children, teens, and families. We need volunteers willing to step up and in to help us provide grief support to people in the community by supplying:
- Office Support - occasional data entry, copying, craft room organizing, etc; volunteers are needed to help with notes and letters, weekly
- Peer Support Group Coordination
- Peer Support Group Facilitation and Assistance - Licensed counselor (LPC/LCPC/Social Work) to facilitate group support meetings
- Fundraising and Event Planning - host a Party with a Purpose or other event to get the word out about the great services we offer, our purpose, and why supporting Heartlinks financially helps our community
- Activity Planning and Coordination - assist with planning, coordination of needs for events
- Grant Writing - someone to seek out grants that we may qualify and apply

Mission Statement
Family Hospice, a nonprofit hospice, brings compassionate, professional care to individuals experiencing a terminal illness. We seek to assist individuals in the communities we serve find meaning in the dying process by providing hospice care, not just for end of life, but for all of life. Heartlinks Grief Center, a program of Family Hospice, assists grieving children, individuals, families, and groups through individual and family counseling, peer support groups, and other supportive community programs regardless of ability to pay.
Description
Family Hospice provides compassionate care to persons with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. A team of dedicated physicians, registered nurses, home health aides, chaplains, social workers and volunteers offers physical, emotional and spiritual support.
