Assists the G.I.R.L.S. Leadership Development Planning Team;
Works collaboratively with I Am Leadership Team to develop appropriate group activities, workshops, projects, etc.;
Ensures proper set up and volunteer coverage for program activities and events. Research, evaluate, make recommendations for program improvement and expansion;Track attendance and follow up with program participants regarding absences.
Recognizes participant milestones such as birthdays, awards, and other achievements.
