Cat Adoption Program (age 16 and up)

Thursday - Tuesday 10am - 6pm, Wednesday 2pm - 6pm

As a volunteer, you will assist customers with adoptions. All customers are required to interact with a cat before submitting an application. Help them find their PURRRRRfect match!!!

Requirements: Volunteers must have excellent customer services skills. You must be able to communicate with the public clearly and answer questions.

You will learn and practice safe animal handling according to OCAS guidelines at all times. You must be able to bend, lift and tolerate exposure to loud noise, heat and cleaning agents.

Training: Volunteer orientation, hands on cat training, adoption procedures. Additional training will be provided by the Lead volunteers or staff.
