We have recently added a new delivery program. This delivers frozen meals one day per week to various locations in the Allen County Area. If you meet the insurance company requirements you will be using the Homebound Meals delivery van. Meals are picked up at 12:45pm (currently on Wednesdays**) and it takes about 2.5 hours. We are delivering to homebound individuals who are aging in place, recovering medically, or who do not live close enough to a hot meal route. Each client is given 5 meals on the delivery.

Description
Homebound Meals, Inc. provides hot nutritionally balanced meal to clients in Ft. Wayne, who through age, illness or disabilities are unable to prepare their own meals. HBM provides subsidies to clients who are unable to pay the full cost of the meals. HBM is the only program in Fort Wayne to provide specialized diets, to deliver to clients younger than 62 years, to deliver hot meals five days a week and to prepare the meals fresh - everyday.
