Compassionate phone calls to hospice patients & their caregivers to check on needs including: medical supplies and after admission satisfaction survey. Good listening, oral and writing skills are required. Phone calls can be made in your home or in Compassus office branch in Muncie. Ability to thoroughly understand and maintain HIPPA is a must for confidentiality.

Description
Compassus hospice volunteers touch the lives of our patients every day! Whether it is providing companionship to a patient or reading to them, volunteers brighten the lives of the patients and families we serve. Whether you choose to work behind the scenes and complete clerical work or working one to one with patient and families, volunteers are valued members of our team. Volunteers receive free training at our local office or virtually via Zoom.
