The Girl Scout School Organizer/Recruiter recruits, organizes and maintains Girl Scout Troops in schools near home/work and provide on-going help to Troop Leaders in assigned schools.
School organizers recruit girls and adult volunteers at schools, parks, libraries and other areas - place girls in troops with volunteers - coordinate recruitments to attract girls and adults volunteers to Girl Scouting - ensure new leaders receive appropriate training - assist new leaders in planning the first few meetings with the girls in their troop.
Recruit girls and adult volunteers on your own, with a friend or with a group of friends/family or co-workers! Make this job fun creating new ways to motivate girls and teach their parents about Girl Scouts!
