Library Field Trip
An ESL class visits the public library while learning about community resources.

Vietnamese Social Services provides assistance to immigrant and refugee community members in the Twin Cities. We have an ongoing need for language interpreters to assist our students and clients navigate their new lives in Minnesota. We need volunteers to assist with client phone calls and to translate documents to send to community members. We are seeking language interpreters who are proficient in Vietnamese, Karenni, Burmese, Somali, and Karen. Address the needs of Vietnamese, Karen, Karenni, Burmese, and Somali families and individuals by providing social services in relation to economic stability, education and health issues, in a context of cultural values.
