Safe Driving Class

55 Alive Mature Driving is a Course for improved driving and on going training for those 55 and older. It also provides information on how to avoid driving hazards and recieve a break on your auto insurance.

Volunteers will take a course in safe driving and recieve ongoing training and a break in their auto insurance.

Terms: Site is handicapped accessible, Volunteer must be at least 55 years of age, Car Required

The mission of Six County RSVP and the Volunteer Connection is to engage persons 55 and older and those 54 and younger in volunteer service to meet critical needs; and to provide a high quality experience that will enrich the lives of volunteers.

Description

We are needing volunteers to get involved with their community to make our nation more safe and secure. There are many different volunteer opportunities volunteers can get involved with. We are responding to Presdient Bush's call to by making our communities more safe and secure on the home front whether it be having volunteers serve as tutoring a child, helping a neighbord, or serving in emergency prepardeness initiatives.
