Provide those in need with a nutrional meal
Meals On Wheels and Home Delivered Meals Programs need volunteers to deliver nutritious meals to frail, isolated, homebound seniors throughout Niagara County.
Duties include delivering hot,nutritious meals, in addition to a brief friendly visit to homebound persons in either Niagara Falls, Lockport, North Tonawanda or Lewiston/Youngstown. Volunteer as little as one day per week during the hours of 10 AM - 2:00 PM. Use of own vehicle is necessary. Mileage reimbursement available and secondary insurance is provided.
Terms: Volunteer must be at least 55 years of age, Car Required
Other Information Requested of Volunteers: Proof of valid driver's license and and auto insurance
