Description
Needed: Men to Mentor boys who want to better themselves while on Probation!
· Many young men need positive role models.
· They are desperate from someone to look-up to.
· The young men also need advice on their education and a career path.
What is the Process?
· Mentors are matched with a youth for a minimum of one year.
· Mentors spend 6 hours a month with the student.
· All matches are the same gender.
· You will receive training on how to mentor a youth.
What does a Mentor do?
· Assist with homework.
· Give career advice through job shadowing and exploring educational opportunities.
· Hang out together at the Movies, Exciting Events, and/or Watching Sports.
· Just listen and be a friend.
