As a mentor for girls you can select an age or work with girls of all ages, 5 though 17. The most needed position is to meet and work with girls in a troop setting. Troops meet anywhere from once at week to once a month for about 11/2 to 2 hours. Girls earn badges through fun requirements geared to the age of the participant.
