- To provide, within established policies and prodcedures, Red Cross service directly or indirectly to shelter occupants. Shelters will be either direct impact or host community shelters.
- Provide around the clock care for shelter occupants
- Represent the organization during service delivery
- Exhibit a general understandig of Red Cross relief operations.
- Distribute shelter supplies and equipment as needed.
