2020 Cirque du Livre: Panel Coordinator will schedule 50+ Panels of content across 6 different venues during the 2020 Cirque du Livre Writer's Conference held in Mesa, AZ.

A successful Coordinator will manage the complex relationships of presenter availability, venue availability and other special event scheduling to successfully give attendees a wide range of choices for each Panel Time.

Planning meetings begin in July 2019, with the group meeting once per month until February, 2020. The group will meet weekly until the event weekend of April 24-26, 2020.

Opportunity is both virtual and on-site, as many tasks can be completed virtually leading up to the event dates.

About Cirque du Livre:

In 2016, the staff of Brick Cave Media, an Arizona based publishing company, started a writers conference with the intent of fostering a vibrant and active community of writers in the greater Phoenix area.

They thought if they built an innovative event that felt more like an experience than a traditional conference, that people would be more engaged. They also knew that with a fairly nascent writing community, an event that was formed specifically for them would go a long way to grow and support that creative demographic. Designed to both be affordable and to showcase a talented roster of local writers that had a tremendous amount of knowledge to share, the Conference was born.

And it was a hit.

They repeated the event in 2017, and again found a thirst for learning to strengthen one's writing ability. For 2018, the founders of the festival have turned the event over to their sister organization non profit, Anthology, inc. to allow the event to continue to grow.
