This is a GREAT opportunity for you, if you are a new HR/administration graduate or if you are interested in getting some experience in HR. We are looking for you, if you are interested in assisting with the recruitment of caregivers and other employees and volunteers for JFS Richmond. We serve a large population around the Richmond area that is desperately in need of care and services and you can make a real difference in someone's life by recruiting people to provide these services. This position also offers you the opportunity to gain experience and resume enhancement for future placement in HR/administration and a variety of other professional management positions.

In this position, you will set your own hours, during our regular weekday hours of operation and you will come to work as scheduled, ready to gain experience and skills. You will work with our HR office on recruitment projects, employee onboarding, new employee orientation and employee records management. You will have the opportunity to use your excellent oral and written communication skills, with JFS Richmond employees, job candidates and volunteers. We will welcome your ideas and suggestions and we will engage you in projects to enhance your HR and administration knowledge and skills. You will enjoy our calm and easy going work environment, too.
