Being apart of the Board of Directors shows a way to demonstrate leadership by embracing the spirit of volunteerism. We also expect that each highly qualified professionals can be able to show their commitment to Brighton Ballet Theater through voluntary participation.

• Leadership skills: We are seeking highly qualified retired executives that are well educated, and have the experience, skills and the passion to be apart of the Board of Directors. Your involvement and commitment can be shown through the regular attendance at the Board meetings and to be able to give us a direction in building an effective Board of Directors. This will be a great opportunity to show how you can change the way Brighton Ballet Theater will grow in the upcoming years.
• Visioning: Organizational assessment; Goal setting and planning,
