The Telephone Reassurance Program assists older adults in their homes with weekly calls to help eliminate isolation.

The time commitment is approximately 1 Hour per week per older adult.

There is a great deal of flexibility with this opportunity. The schedule is set by the older adult and you. We ask that you adhere to the schedule set by both parties involved. You are able to make calls from the comfort of your home.

There is weekly paperwork that will need to be submitted via email, fax or postal mail.

LifePath, formerly Senior Services of Albany provides programs and services to older adults and their caregivers in the Albany NY area including: Caregiver Education, Counseling and Support, HIICAP Health Insurance Counseling, Enrichment Programs, Health and Fitness Programs, Meals on Wheels, Social Adult Day Programs, Transportation and Transitional Case Management.
