Be a tutor in The Saturday Tutoring Program’s 24th year of providing free tutoring for students in grades 1-12 from school districts throughout Greater Cleveland. Orientation/Training Session for tutors: Saturday, September 14, 2013, 10:00 a.m. to noon, at The Church of the Covenant, 11205 Euclid Ave., in University Circle!
Volunteer any Saturday, September 21 to November 23, 10 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at The Church of the Covenant.
Unable to attend the 2-hour orientation? Arrive at 9:15 a.m. on your 1st Saturday of attendance. You will, on that day, receive a brief orientation and spend 2 hours tutoring an elementary or high school student.

Description
Tutors help students with homework, class assignments, or standardized test preparation for two hours on Saturday mornings. Most of the students need help with math, science, or reading. As a volunteer, you would choose the age group and subject(s) you would like to cover. You may participate on any Saturdays that fit your schedule; an every-week commitment is not required. Materials, training, and free parking are provided. Sessions are supervised by veteran teachers.
