Community Outreach & Education Volunteer
ORGANIZATION: Stand Strong (formerly the Women's Shelter Program)

Our outreach volunteers represent Stand Strong in the community, providing information, resources, and educational programming to residents of SLO County.
Duties vary, but may include:
- Engaging local high schools in violence prevention efforts through a program called Coaching Boys into Men (CBIM). Volunteers will work closely with coaches to inspire youth athletes.
- Tabling at community events and resource fairs
- Participating in fundraising events for Stand Strong
