Heartland Hospice of Newport News, serves residents on the Peninsula of Hampton Road. Our hospice provides quality service to individuals with life-threatening illnesses and their families.
A component of the team of professionals who provide care are Hospice Volunteers, which are essential to our hospice program.
Heartland Hospice is currently in need of volunteers to provide emotional support, companionship, and compassion to our Peninsula clients.
Heartland Hospice commits to ensure our volunteers are prepared for their role. We will provide you with all the necessary training and support to equip you for success.
Heartland is committed to community education with the services we provide. We are available to speak to groups, congregations and organizations. For more information, call Volunteer Coordinator at 757-594-8215.
