TITLE: Controller

Peek Performance Lifestyles Foundation is seeking to fill the part-time position of a Controller. In April 2006 the Peak Performance Lifestyles Foundation was created with the goal of creating a youth leadership venue allowing youth across the world to connect and embrace the qualities leadership. To give them the opportunity to contribute to the lives of those less fortunate than them, and to help others grow and embrace the leadership qualities they have attained themselves.

Responsibilities

· Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.

· Develop, create new fundraising techniques for the Foundation

• Responsible for keeping track of all moneys coming through the foundation.
• Must maintain constant communication with the Vice-Chairman, and Director of Operations in your area.
• Weekly Tele-Conferences with the Vice-Chairman regarding the weeks work
• Weekly Tele-Conferences with the Fundraising Director in your Area
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all laws regarding Non-Profits in your area
• Monthly Tele-Conference with Chairman

· Organize, manage, and direct the fund raising campaigns

· Maintain and increase the organizations revenue

· Submit proposal for grand funds & others

· Research and develop corporate/business contacts and secure funding,

· Provide various reports for the board

· Planning, organizing, training, developing, implementing, directing, and evaluating all aspects of the Foundation projects

· Directing and overseeing the training, development and maintenance of community based volunteers

· Oversee data entry and maintenance of data base

· Foster relationships with businesses

· Coordinate and implement cost-effective fundraising

· Foster friendliness and helpfulness within communities

· Assists & lead all team leaders

· Coordinate all funding

· Perform other duties assigned by Director

· Work up-to the foundation fundraising goals

· Create new fundraising techniques

· Accurately completes and submits status reports in a timely manner.
