Help provide support to new adopters, reduce the number of animals being returned for workable behavior issues, identify any ongoing problems with adoption animals (health, temperament, behavior) and to ensure careful screening and appropriate placements. Calls can be made from your home but must be able to return the packet in a timely manner. Additional information and volunteer application available at vospca.org or call (559) 651-1111.

Mission Statement
Valley Oak SPCA will strengthen and celebrate the bond between people and pets by promoting the health, welfare and humane treatment of animals. We will educate and engage our community in responsible pet care and ownership including the importance of spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations. Valley Oak SPCA will build a new Adoption & Education Center to save more lives, treat more illness and provide much needed education.
Description
Valley Oak SPCA is celebrating 25 years of saving lives and service to our community. Valley Oak SPCA provides food, care, and medical treatment for thousands of unwanted, neglected, sick and injured animals annually. Volunteers and community donations help us give these animals another chance to live happy, healthy lives in loving homes.
