Foster volunteers URGENTLY needed for dogs and cats! Valley Oak SPCA Foster Care Program is a lifeline for underage, sick or injured animals which cannot immediately be adopted, in addition to providing a home for animals when our kennels are overflowing or awaiting spay or neuter. With the love and care of devoted foster parents, these helpless animals are given a second chance for life. Some animals only need a foster home for a few days, others for a few months. Mission Statement
Valley Oak SPCA will strengthen and celebrate the bond between people and pets by promoting the health, welfare and humane treatment of animals. We will educate and engage our community in responsible pet care and ownership including the importance of spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations. Valley Oak SPCA will build a new Adoption & Education Center to save more lives, treat more illness and provide much needed education.

Valley Oak SPCA is celebrating 25 years of saving lives and service to our community. Valley Oak SPCA provides food, care, and medical treatment for thousands of unwanted, neglected, sick and injured animals annually. Volunteers and community donations help us give these animals another chance to live happy, healthy lives in loving homes.
