Two one-week sessions held each year--In July at Camp Copneconic in Fenton and in August at Camp Daggett in Petoskey. Sign up today for the opportunity of a lifetime! A companion spends the entire week by his/her camper's side. You will be responsible for his or her well being and care 24 hours a day, because they are never to be left alone. You are their friend, cheerleader and mentor. You will help them in their chosen activities (crafts, horseback riding, etc.) and at meal times.

This is a great opportunity to provide support for a child. The children you will be caring for during the week will be away from their normal support systems and will need you in order to participate and enjoy the experience. You will be trusted with someone's dearest treasure--their child. The opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child should never be taken lightly. By commiting a little time, you can bring a great deal of joy to a child with cancer.
