We are looking for volunteers to come into our office to assist with answering e-mail from nonprofits and volunteers to help them use VolunteerMatch in the best way.

This is a rewarding way to help the people and organizations that are doing great things in the world.

REQUIREMENTS:
The volunteer opportunity is located in our San Francisco , CA office. You'll work closely with staff representatives from our Public Services Group. Because this opportunity requires a fair amount of training, we ask that volunteers commit to coming in at least four times over a two month period. We also welcome volunteers to come in more frequently!

• Customer Service experience a plus
• Familiarity with computers and online applications
• Familiarity with volunteering, the nonprofit sector or VolunteerMatch preferred
• Works well within team setting
• Able to commit to volunteering at least four times over a two month period
• Passion to help us make a difference
