ORGANIZATION: YWCA Sonoma County

Answer the YWCA 24 hour crisis hotline for domestic violence. Fill out call sheets and recommend resources available at the YWCA and in the community to support victims of domestic violence. Long-term volunteers needed, 40-hour domestic violence training required. Trainings held each spring and fall, please call 303 8401 if you are interested in signing up!

If you are an attentive listener, detail oriented, have compassion and a genuine desire to help women and children out of a potentially life threatening situation then you are perfect for this valuable volunteer position!!
