Vanderbilt Law Students Book Drive
Joseph Williams coordinated the 2013 Vanderbilt Law students book drive. They hold a drive for us each year and work hard to make it a big success.

Book'em gives books to area children in poverty to foster a love of reading and books. Local book drives help us provide over 50,000 books a year for kids in the Nashville, TN, area, many of whom don't have any books of their own.

Hosting a book drive requires minimal effort and yields maximum rewards!

Book Drives are perfect for congregations, offices, birthday parties, and other great events.

We are happy to provide templates for marketing materials to help you spread the word, including signs and Book'em information for your organization.

Book drives are simple. Set your dates, set out some boxes, put up some posters, then ask people (email, newsletters, etc.) to bring a few or many new or like-new books for children and teens. We need books for children from birth through 18 years of age, especially for first through fourth grade elementary students. The more people you get involved the more books you can collect. It's fun!

Please contact Debbie Settles at books@bookem-kids.org or call 615-255-1820 for more information or visit our website at bookem-kids.org.
