We are looking for vibrant, enthusiastic youth to serve on our Youth Leadership Corps.
As a Youth Leadership Corps Member, partcipants will make decisions regarding exhibits, participate in fundraising events and help develop outreach activities. This program is designed to foster leadership skills and develop community relations.
The Children's Museum Tucson Youth Leadership Corps Mission statement is, "To better prepare youth for the future by providing leadership opportunities through practical training and community involvement while supporting and enhancing all aspects of the Children's Museum."
Qualified, interested YLC members may also sit on Museum Board of Directors and Committees.

Children's Museum Tucson hopes to expand, improve and grow to be recognized nationally as a premier children's museum. Our Vision Statement is to inspire children and their families to reach their full potential through discovery, creativity and learning.
Description
The Children's Museum Tucson is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization providing hands-on learning experiences for children. CMT offers over 12,000 square feet and 12 galleries of interactive exhibits and learning opportunities including a child-size orchard, fire station, Wee World and Imaginarium. CMT offers tours to school age children, holiday events, free admission days, scheduled activities and birthday parties.Improvements and changes to permanent exhibits are always occurring in addition to traveling or temporary exhibitions.
We also are thrilled to offer volunteer opportunities at our Oro Valley satellite location, sized and designed exclusively for children ages 0-5. Storytimes, science activities and Member- Events are available.
