Rocking Horse Ranch is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to help build our volunteer team! The volunteers at our organization are an integral aspect of our growth and development. We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, dedicated, and who believes in all that we do to support our community.
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating volunteer schedules, updating posts on outreach websites, assisting with training of volunteers, organizing volunteer events, and all other tasks pertaining to the development of our volunteer team and the organization as a whole. At Rocking Horse Ranch we work together to better our society by empowering each other and caring for our animals.

Mission Statement
To create a positive change for the betterment of society by influencing the lives of many and providing a healthy environment whereby hope and healing can occur. These lives, in turn, will influence others. Through the use of experiential learning programs, outreach, and innovative education, primarily in an outdoor environment, the ranch uses an equine rescue and rehabilitation program as its therapeutic model. Youth and adults alike take part in various programs whereby they actively participate in their own healing and learning process while at the same time contributing back to society.
Description
Rocking Horse Ranch is a non-profit outreach organization dedicated to the belief in second chances! Our mission is to help youth and adults who have suffered ...abuse, neglect and other life hardships, through life skills programs involving the rescue and rehabilitation of horses. A variety of personal growth, horsemanship, and counseling programs are offered year-round. Horses and other animals are rescued and placed for adoption in loving new homes, providing A New Kind of Hope for all who are involved!
