Want to share the love of the Chesapeake Bay and all its natural wonders with learners of all ages and backgrounds? Our volunteers help connect Baltimore City neighbors around a combined effort, to protect the bird species of the Atlantic Flyway and improve our communities for the benefit of people and biodiversity. Your volunteer time is absolutely vital to what we do!
We need volunteers to assist instructors during educational programs with elementary school students where we play games, explore, and do age-appropriate conservation action projects in Patterson Park! We plant gardens, use binoculars to search for birds, catch butterflies with insects nets, and much, much more.
We also need volunteers to assist instructors during public programs such as bird walks, tiny tots, stewardship projects, and gardening workshops. Wherever your interests and availability lie is where you are most needed!
