ReStore Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to help unload and load customer vehicles with donations and purchases. This work will require indoor and outdoor work. Ideal candidates will have the ability to lift 50+ pounds and must be able to understand and follow safety policies and procedures. Volunteers will work as a team with others and ensure the dock is kept clean and clear. Come help us make a difference in our community by helping raise funds to fight poverty housing in Dutchess County!

Description

Dutchess ReStore build homes by raising funds for Habitat for Humanity building projects. Donors provide desirable merchandise offered for sale at discounted prices, volunteers donate their time and talents toward maintaining and stocking the store; shoppers find great deals for a good cause; thousands of tons of material is diverted from landfills. The community benefits is many ways from this organization.
