Archway Housing and Services is a nonprofit that serves low-income individuals and families by providing affordable housing and free social services to its residents. We provide youth programs, community functions, and adult education classes to our residents for free and on-site.

Cornerstone is an Archway property that houses and serves previously homeless individuals. Cornerstone is currently looking for an Adult Yoga Teacher to teach beginner yoga and breathing exercises to around 5 adult residents once a week for one hour. Our residents are all new to yoga and are looking for practical benefits for their health and well being. They need an instructor who is patient and interested in working with previously homeless individuals.

Archway is a wonderful nonprofit that strives to serve the most needy families and individuals in Metro Denver. Please consider donating your time and talent to help our residents become their best selves! Thank you for your time and consideration.

Mission Statement

Archway Communities elevates lives by providing access to affordable housing, food security and the supportive social services people need to thrive.

Description

Archway Communities was founded with the belief that affordable housing is a crucial element in building healthy communities. In pursuit of that belief, we seek opportunities to purchase vacant land for new construction or renovate obsolete multifamily developments. Shortly after we were founded, we began to recognize that residents need more than affordable housing to stabilize their lives - many were struggling with challenges like food insecurity, recovering from chronic homelessness, unemployment, single parenting, obtaining citizenship, and others. Archway Communities instituted the Supportive Services Program- resident focused, on-site programming- to address the needs of those living in our communities beyond simply providing a roof over their heads.
