The Nature Conservancy is a worldwide conservation organization who's mission is to protect the lands and waters on which all life depends. In Wisconsin, one way we do this is by stewarding land across the state.
Our land management team in the Military Ridge area is looking for a volunteer with previous mechanic skills who can assist with maintenance of UTV's, ATV's, Tractors, Skid Loaders, trailers. Training would be given to the volunteer via staff on what to do, how to do, etc.
Requirements: Good mechanic skills and ability to follow directions. Ability to work independently.
Volunteers with The Nature Conservancy in Wisconsin have opportunities to interact with staff, join staff events and learn about careers in conservaiton. We are happy to provide references at the end of your tenure with us.
