Crab preparers combine crab legs and bodies into serving trays for each table and then refill the trays for our guests as necessary. The crab comes already cracked and cleaned.
The job is working outside so need to dress warmly. Aprons and gloves will be provided. We will have awnings if rain is forecasted.
